Meet the founder
Mary Anne Wihbey Davis
Before founding Peak Performance Solutions, Mary Anne spent ten years as a sales professional with Allianz Life of North America, consistently reaching Million Dollar Round Table results and earning induction into the company's Hall of Fame. She then moved to the home office as Assistant Vice President of Professional Development, where she built her reputation for sales and marketing training with seminars nationwide.
She's the author of The Sales Messenger, has written for The Boston Globe, the Dallas Business Journal, Manager's Magazine and ATD's TD Magazine, and since 2015 has taught team building as a Continuing and Professional Education instructor at Southern Methodist University. She's an active member of the Association for Talent Development, where she has spoken at the international convention, and of Toastmasters International.
Mary Anne and her husband, Roy Davis, founder of Davis Success Solutions, consistently earn Wiley's Diamond-level award for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors, and have produced four published case studies that validate their work.
