Mary Anne (Wihbey) Davis is the President and Founder of Peak Performance Solutions.

She has been committed to “moving individuals to action” through training and advanced learning. She is an internationally recognized sales and management consultant and trainer, and has helped an international Blue Chip list of clients achieve bottom line results with her dynamic leadership and expertise. She has made numerous appearances on television, and served as host for a program on Time Management. Her articles have appeared in respected business publications and periodicals, including Manager's Magazine, The Boston Globe, The Dallas Business Journal and more. Starting in 2015, Mary Anne serves as a Continuing and Professional Education Instructor at Southern Methodist University on team building topics.

Mary Anne is an active member of the Association for Talent Development where she has spoken at their international convention, Toastmasters International and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Her sessions are engaging, motivational and most importantly, geared for individuals to take some form action as a result of participating. Before founding Peak Performance Solutions in 1994, Mary Anne spent 10 years as a successful sales professional with Allianz ® Life of North America, consistently achieving Million Dollar Round Table results and winning performance awards. Her achievements led to her induction into the company’s Hall of Fame. She moved from sales to the home office as Assistant Vice President of Professional Development. There, she gained management experience and built her reputation in marketing and sales training and conducting successful seminars nationwide.

Roy Davis brings a level of expertise and insight to every project with his more than 20 years of hands-on sales, marketing and management experience and over 10 years as a training professional, He has worked with a Blue Chip list of clients, providing workplace learning and performance improvement in the areas of professional/career development, business/sales management and interpersonal communications skills. His workshops, training sessions and seminars are enthusiastic, high energy and interactive—and designed to achieve professional development goals of organizations and individuals.

Mr. Davis has received the highest level of achievement bestowed upon participants of Toastmasters International (DTM). He is an active member of National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, the National Speakers Association, Association of Talent Development and is a Teaching Mentor with Career Transition Workshop, a non-profit organization which provides instruction, information and support to those in transition from one career to another. He holds a degree in Economics from Tarleton State University.

Bruce Arfsten is a seasoned trainer, speaker and sales professional. With a background that includes more than 25 years of sales, customer service and hospitality, he brings real-world experience to every presentation. A committed lifelong learner, Bruce is a student of human behavior, fascinated by what drives us and makes us who we are as our habits and mindset map out our life story. As an Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator, Bruce specializes in working with organizations to help them improve internal relationships and communication. Victor Vonico Johnson is a highly rated inspirational & transformational speaker, sales & leadership coach, real estate entrepreneur, & published author. Victor helps organizations, schools, & individuals to become the VICTOR in their lives, businesses, and endeavors. He spent 17 years managing and developing dozens of leaders in Call Centers, while leading teams, processes & relationships. Over the past 8 years he has coached and inspired his clients and others through speaking events, classes, literature, posts, and one-on-one coaching, having created dozens of successful real estate investors & entrepreneurs. With over 8 years' experience leading real estate development projects to include successfully developing 12 real estate projects in TX, GA, KC, and most recently in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Stephen earned a PhD in Communications from Northwestern University and has taught for a number of prestigious schools, including Northwestern University, The Ohio State University, and University of Notre Dame. He was selected more than once for inclusion in Who’s Who among America’s Teachers, placing him among less than 1% of America’s college professors honored in this way.

A passionate, gifted communicator, Stephen is invited regularly to speak to groups about personal development and interpersonal relationships. He believes in focusing on one’s strengths, addressing one’s debilitative weaknesses (those that undermine one’s effectiveness), and surrounding oneself with people having complementary strengths.

Martha Germann is passionate about making a difference in the quality of people’s lives. She has spent over 15 years developing and enabling leaders to successfully reach their goals. Martha is best known for integrating business strategy, talent management and facilitation and has broad exposure in many aspects of change management and learning and development.

Martha holds a BS from Benedictine College and a Master’s in Science from the University of North Texas. She began her career in medical research but soon found she loved working with people more. Drawing on her background in science research, Martha took note of the many concepts, techniques and ideas that created the best results for her clients and herself.

Through this experience, she developed the "Thriving Beyond Survival Model" a powerful, yet elegant approach to staying on course towards the fulfillment of any goal, and to have fun along the way. David Reed brings a unique combination of an engineering education, real world experience, and entertaining presentation skills to each client engagement. He realized he wanted to focus on two areas of Customer Service and Process Excellence. David's belief is that if any organization can do a good job in these areas, they will ultimately be successful.

David is Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors Certified and offers insights from his wealth of corporate experience. He has served with Andersen Consulting, Exxon, and in senior customer service consulting was with Walt Disney World in Orlando where he managed an Information Technology support help desk along with other responsibilities. He obtained degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas A&M University provided the technical, process minded approach to reviewing work processes.

Sandra Lewis is an entertaining and deliciously inspiring chef and speaker, classically-trained in French cuisine with a background in Human Resources Development. She combines her 20+ years of corporate experience with her culinary expertise to educate, inspire, and motivate people to live healthy, happy, and productive lives by answering the most important question they ask every day - “What’s for dinner?”

Chef Sandra works with organizations to build thriving cultures that begin around the home table with a meal and a conversation; the kitchen is simply the gateway for the end-game, life at the table.
